Your health and comfort are very important to us. Our priority is to offer you a hygienic and safe accommodation.
For this, we would like to briefly share with you the hygiene and cleaning measures we have increased in order to be prepared for the COVID-19 Pandemic and other possible epidemic risks that may occur later.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, to our procedures regarding hygiene and cleaning standards in our Elitium Thermal Hotels;

Statements and recommendations of the Scientific Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey,
Circular and Mandatory Articles published as the Normalization Process in Accommodation Facilities of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey,
A number of new standards have been added, taking into account the opinions and suggestions of local health units and industry associations.
During the pandemic process, our Covid Team, which we created with Elitium Thermal Hotels Management Center and our Hotels Managers; constantly follows the agenda and developments. Required revisions are made in the procedures and practices according to the findings and suggestions of our team and the new situations that develop. In addition, Occupational Health and Safety Units have been established within our hotels under the chairmanship of our Hotel Managers, who will be responsible for making quick decisions and implementing the action plans created thanks to fast and healthy communication, and all personnel have been given the necessary training.
OUR PRECAUTIONS AND HYGIENE RULES FOR OUR EMPLOYEES
One of the most important factors for an effective general hygiene practice is the hygiene of our hotel staff, who are in direct or indirect contact with you, our esteemed guests, and are also in contact with each other, keeping them healthy and raising awareness on this issue. The measures and practices taken in this regard are below.
Transfer vehicles used by our employees on their way to and from work are disinfected before and after each service. Our employees have to wear protective masks during transfers to and from work, and since the capacity of the transfer vehicles is used by 50%, the safe physical distance rule is applied.
Before our employees go to work, they undergo general health screening and temperature measurements are made with digital thermometers. Our personnel who have a high fever and symptoms related to the disease are not allowed to work. Necessary training and instructions were given to our personnel who did not feel well about not coming to the workplace and the procedures to be done.
Staff uniforms are frequently changed and washed, and our staff go through disinfection before starting work.
There are sufficient disinfection units in the staff common areas and in the background working units. Each of our personnel, regardless of the department they work in, has to wash their hands every hour according to the rule, along with disinfecting their hands.
Our staff working in the background such as housekeeping, cleaning services, food and beverage production areas and dishwashing rooms must wear masks and disposable gloves.
There are posters and brochures on pandemic and hygiene issues in staff common areas, and safe physical distance rule is applied in these areas.
Each of our employees knows and applies the safe physical distance rule in their relations with our guests and among themselves. Our employees, who are in direct contact with the guests, apply masks when necessary.
We have agreements with hospitals and health units for our employees in all our hotels, and we have action plans in possible cases.
Since the beginning of the pandemic process, training has been given to all our personnel by expert companies and health teams regarding the pandemic and protection methods and the conditions of contamination, and it is constantly repeated. These issues are constantly discussed at the Operation Meetings held every day.
OUR DISINFECTION PROCESSES
All of our hotels; Hydrogen Peroxide based Diversey Disinfectant products whose effects are known and approved in detail in Guest Rooms, Restaurants, Bars, SPA and Fitness Units, Public Spaces, Meeting Rooms, Congress Halls and all other guest areas, as well as Kitchen Areas, Personnel Usage Areas, offices and warehouses. disinfected with Disinfection processes carried out by professional teams are continued periodically.
OUR GENERAL PLACES HYGIENE AND CLEANING RULES
In all our hotels, we work with 'Diversey Seledair' Company, which has international reliability and recognition in chemical cleaning products. Detailed trainings are given to all our personnel at regular intervals by Diversey Company officials. In this way, it is ensured that the right chemicals are used in the appropriate dose during cleaning. Cleaning and disinfection processes are provided with appropriate cleaning materials and different equipment for each area.
In all general areas and WCs, great care is taken in the cleaning of constantly touched surfaces, door handles, handrails, elevators, elevator buttons, sinks, faucets, urinals and toilet bowls, and disinfection is carried out after cleaning with water and chemicals.
One of every two urinals is out of use. Our personnel working in all these works perform these operations with masks and disposable gloves.
There are hand disinfection apparatus and units in all our general places, WCs and at every needed point, and these are followed meticulously.
Cleaning and disinfection intervals are controlled by means of detailed checklists prepared by compression.
The capacity usage of our elevators is limited so that only members of a family, 4 people from the same group or a maximum of 2 people who do not know each other can ride at the same time. Elevator operating instructions are placed in visible places.
All common areas and sitting groups in general areas have been rearranged taking into account safe physical distances.
OUR CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT OPERATIONS
A number of additional measures have been taken for you, our valued guests, to enter and exit our hotel in an easy and hygienic way.
By informing our guests about the social distance at the entrance to the hotel, taking into account the contagious risk, the luggage or belongings will be transported by the guests themselves, and bellboy service will not be provided for a temporary period.
Temperature will be measured with remote thermometers located in the entrance areas/reception and in case of a negative situation, this situation will be shared with them only in accordance with KVKK laws and necessary actions will be taken as written in our action plans.
Our staff will explain the measures we are taking and the measures we have taken, hand disinfectant will be available at the reception desk and hand brochures prepared within the scope of Covid will be given to our guests.
In our hotels, our Front Office Managers are assigned to assist our guests in all matters.
All precautions have been taken to ensure that there will be congestion at the entrances and exits to our hotel, safe distance intervals are shown and safe resting areas have been created when it is necessary to wait.
Door cards will be given to our guests in safe, disinfected and protected covers before our guests enter the hotel.
The pens given to you to fill in the required documents will be given to our guests in a safe and disinfected condition.
All entry registration procedures will be carried out by taking into account the safe physical distance.
Our non-contact POS machines will be used within certain limits and these machines will be disinfected continuously.
In all our Hotels, our guests wish to be informed about quick and healthy communication and necessary announcements, Elitium Thermal will be able to use our website.
All transactions that may require contact during check-in and check-out will definitely be carried out within the framework of the safe physical distance rule and duly.
OUR GUEST ROOMS
Our aim in all our guest rooms is to offer you the environment where you will stay in a hygienic, safe and clean place.
Our housekeeping staff and managers working in Room Cleaning work with masks and disposable gloves. After the cleaning of each room, the hands are washed before the cleaning of the other room begins, and new masks, gloves and cleaning cloths are changed according to the color coding in accordance with the Ministry of Tourism, Health and Hygiene Rules.
Effective disinfectant and bleach-added chemicals are used in room cleaning. The surfaces that are constantly touched with hands are given more importance, door handles, batteries, telephone handset, television remote, air conditioner control, lighting switches, water heaters, minibars are also disinfected after cleaning.
Linen materials are changed on a daily basis, and during the collection or spreading of these, no whisking or shaking is done, so that dust and particles are not allowed to form, and the dirty ones are collected in separate bags.
Our boucle materials in the rooms are used for single use and will be disinfected and packaged per person for the hygiene and health of our guests.
All linens used are washed at 90 degrees and for sufficient times.
The amenities prepared for the daily use of our guests are disinfected before they are put in their places.
In our hotels, our minibar products are received after being disinfected from suppliers, stored in a safe environment and served to our rooms.
Our rooms are ventilated for a minimum of 1 hour after cleaning and are routinely disinfected.
Room capacity usages are meticulously monitored, and rooms are placed as infrequently as possible, and no new guests are admitted to our checked-out rooms for a certain period of time after all cleaning and disinfection procedures.
OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE UNITS
In all our hotels, our room capacities will not be used completely for a certain period of time. In this way, it is aimed to maintain the required safe physical contact distance in food and beverage units.
Our breakfast service in our hotels is served with disposable products.
Breakfast service in the breakfast room; It is served in a single-use closed breakfast box.
In accordance with the new capacities; It is prepared by leaving a distance of at least 1.5 meters between tables and 60 cm between chairs.
Instead of salt and pepper, a transition has been made to disposable salt and pepper.
Hot beverage service (tea, coffee etc. in all areas) will be made with cardboard cups only.
Bags of roll bread, disposable plastic covers with lids and closed plastic fork, knife, spoon, napkin set are used.
Table top and placemat equipment after each guest use; is disinfected.
Alcohol-based hand sanitizer/disinfectant is available in areas accessible to guests and staff.
Even if open buffet service is started in our Hotels after the new circular and rules to be published; More hygienic and safe materials and equipment will be used in our kiosks and will be frequently replaced with new ones. Self-service will not be allowed.
There will be hand disinfection and equipment at the entrances of all our Food and Beverage units, and the personnel who will provide the necessary guidance regarding the reception and capacity utilization will take charge at the entrances.
Table, chair, stool and session intervals in all Food and Beverage units are arranged in accordance with the recommended safe distances. The restaurant, bar and general space sizes and capacities of all our hotels are extremely spacious and adequate.
Table cloths and cloth napkins will not be used on our tables, manege materials will be properly disinfected after each use.
In our Food and Beverage units, dishes will definitely be washed with a dishwasher, not by hand, and presentations can be made with disposable materials depending on the environment.
General cleaning of Food and Beverage places, cleaning of tables, chairs, counters, buffets and all other materials and materials will be duly cleaned at the beginning and end of the service and disinfection processes will be carried out.
OUR SPA-FITNESS and SPORTS AREAS
Turkish Bath, Sauna, Massage areas and our care services and our hotels with Indoor and Outdoor Pools are related to TC. It has been rearranged according to the decisions published by the Ministry of Health and the Circular of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey.
We are suspending our service in our Spa areas such as Turkish Bath, Sauna and Steam Room until a new instruction.
A reservation system will be applied for the use of the units in our fitness gym areas, and the number of people with the entry and exit times of the gym has been limited. After each use, cleaning of usage areas and equipment is ensured with hygienic materials in accordance with standards.
Hand antiseptic or disinfectant is used in related areas.
It is ensured that the materials used in the relevant area (soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc.) are disposable.
GENERAL INFORMATION
It is seen that the extraordinary situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in the Republic of Turkey, where our hotel is located, and worldwide, has entered the normalization process quickly. The locations of all our hotels are central and their access to full-fledged contracted health institutions is very easy. In case of possible incidents, our action plans are ready in all our Hotels. All transactions and applications are recorded in detail.
All of our materials and products that we offer to our valued guests or that we produce are purchased from safe suppliers and accepted to our hotels after all necessary control and disinfection processes.
Storage and storage conditions and production methods in our facilities are carried out in extremely hygienic environments. In addition to all these, TC. We continue to work and support for our compliance with the 'Hygiene Certification Program', which was decided to be established by the Ministry of Tourism within the scope of certain criteria and will be a first in the world and will be given to tourism enterprises by internationally recognized companies.
